Red Iron Blue was the first full length project we got to work on. from the  first semester to the last of our third year, we got a whole 9 months to work on this title. Its safe to say it was all hands on deck as 

Animation & VFX - 2rd Year solo Project

The task was simple, create a short 1-2 minute clip showcase using lighting, Niagara systems, animation and others feature in Unreal Engine. I had 3 months to create a short and original piece that showered my skills in cinematography and world building all in a new engine I had never used before, Unreal Engine 5. This was a fantastic introduction into such a powerful engine and defiantly one of my favourite projects I’ve worked on.  

The Defectives - 2rd Year Group Project

The Defectives was the first time any of us had interacted with unreal before. this posed many new challenges and made even the more experience reset back to square one.

This game was created on the idea that, nobody in the right sound of mind would have hired us to be stars of a zombie shooter... so, we did it ourselves. unfortunately, we only had a few months to work on this project so there were lots of stones left unturned.

Ragnarok - 2rd Year Solo Project

Ragnarok was a second-year programming module, the aim was to finish four tutorials then extend them by adding your own creative flair. however, instead of extending all 4 I chose to just extend one thoroughly. After only a couple of weeks of work, Ragnarok was made, with a fully hand animated intro, three different enemy AI and a player with four special abilities that recharge over time. Altogether, this project was my first ‘big hit’ at uni and solidified my reputation with my teachers for going above and beyond the asked task.
